Read one report a week, not every alert
The mistake new owners make is to watch the map all day. It is exhausting and it does not change anything. Instead, keep alerts only for what needs action now — theft, overspeed, a vehicle leaving its zone at night — and look at a weekly summary of trips, halts and distance on Sunday evening.
That one weekly look is where the savings come from: a route that can be shortened, a driver who needs a word, a vehicle that is idling too much.
