Is the first vehicle really free?
Yes. The Starter plan tracks one vehicle with live GPS, trip history and alerts at no charge, for as long as you like. It is how most schools pilot a single route before rolling out.
What does the GPS hardware cost?
The tracker is a one-time purchase per vehicle, fitted by our installation network. Hardware pricing depends on the device type (basic GPS vs AIS 140-approved with cut-off relay); it is quoted with your plan.
Are there setup fees?
No. There are no setup, activation or onboarding fees on any plan.
Do parents pay anything?
Never. The parent app is free on every plan — the school's subscription covers all families.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any billing month. See our refund policy for how unused time and hardware are handled.
