Your school registers your mobile number when it adds your child. Open the app, enter that number, and confirm the OTP. There is no password to remember, and one phone can follow more than one child.
Following the bus live
The home screen shows your child's bus on a live map with its current speed and the next stop. The position refreshes every few seconds while the bus is running a trip, so what you see is where the bus is.
The alerts, and what each one means
Alerts arrive as notifications; every one is also listed in the app.
- Boarded — your child was marked on the bus at the pickup stop.
- Dropped — your child got off at their stop or at school.
- Approaching — the bus is near your stop; time to head to the gate.
- Delay — the bus is running late against its schedule.
- SOS — the driver raised an emergency; the school is already alerted.
If something looks wrong
If the bus does not appear or an alert seems late, check your phone's internet first, then contact your school office — the transport in-charge sees the same live map and can confirm in seconds.
